Aggregator only

Sailing Listings is an aggregator of adverts found on third-party sailing club and related websites. We are not the seller, broker, agent, inspector, or payment provider for any listing.

No guarantee of accuracy or availability

Listings may be incomplete, out of date, inaccurate, duplicated, or no longer available. Prices, descriptions, images, and contact details are extracted automatically from source websites and may contain errors. Always check the original source listing and make your own enquiries before relying on any information.

No endorsement

Inclusion of a club, website, advert, product, or seller does not mean that we endorse, verify, recommend, or guarantee it.

Buying and selling

Any transaction is between you and the seller or source website. You are responsible for checking ownership, condition, safety, price, transport, insurance, legality, and payment arrangements. Do not send money unless you are satisfied the transaction is genuine.

Links to source listings and club websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party websites, their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

Removal and changes

We may edit, reject, retire, or remove listings at any time. We may change or withdraw parts of the service without notice.
