Where? Pier Road (Seagrove Bay), Seaview The Old Boat House is a listed stone cottage with detached annexe set in a stunning position by Seagrove Bay, with the beach being just a few steps down from the house. The cottage offers two ground floor bedrooms, one with king bed and the second with twin beds (can be made up as a king), together with a family bathroom. There is an attic room which offers three single beds under the eaves (NB this is accessed by steep paddle stairs with a stair gate at the top). The kitchen/dining area and living room are open plan and have lovely views across the Solent; this a great spot for ship watching. There is indoor dining space for 6 people alongside a comfortable sitting room with log burner for the cooler months. The annexe offers a bedroom with bunk beds on the ground floor, together with a family bathroom. On the first floor there is a large bedroom with a superking bed and an additional single bed. Between the buildings is a decked area with seating and dining space for eight to ten people. The private enclosed garden wraps around with steps down to the seafront and parking for two cars.
