Where? Rutland Sailing Club This Ian Proctor designed boat is a wonderfully stable and easily manageable dinghy that can be sailed single handed or with a crew. It has been particularly popular with my grandchildren during the light winds of the summer months, but is also extremely capable in heavier winds and has even competed in the Tiger Trophy!
