Where? Dell Quay A lovely Gem Micro 18 for sale. Also known as the Gem Half-Tonner she is a compact cruiser. She has a lifting keel and handles like a large dinghy, except without the capsizing! We have had great fun in her over the last few years, with trips around the harbour and across to the Isle of Wight. She comes with a decent set of sails- a main, jib, and a cruising sail. They are not new, but are still serviceable. There is a good sail cover for the main. Included also an Evinrude 4.5HP outboard with cover, and a road/launch trailer. 18’ length.
